Façade Grants are here!

The City has established a Façade Grant program to encourage economic growth, stimulate private investment and help great a more inviting downtown. The City will provide 50% reimbursement of the funding for a project up to $5,000 for eligible improvements to the appearance of a building in the Historic Preservation and East Main Streetscape areas. Public Meeting for McLish Architectural Survey

Please see the attached flier for the public meeting that will be held on Wednesday, February 15th on the third floor of City Hall in the City Commission Chambers. Sophie Roark from Rosin Preservation will be there to present the methodology for the survey.

January 2017 Case

December 2017 Cases

On December 13, 2016, the HP Board approved the contract for services between the Ardmore Historic Preservation Commission and Rosin Preservation, LLC for an architectural survey in the amount of $9,000.
