A Certificate of Appropriateness application must be submitted for all proposed work to the exterior of any building/property in the Commercial Downtown Historic District.
Façade Grant Application
You may be eligible for a 50% reimbursement, up to $5,000, of your exterior building project via the Façade Grant Program.

City of Ardmore Building Permit Application
A building permit will be required for all structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. The building permit application may be submitted with your Certificate of Appropriateness application.
Sign Permit Application
Please submit a sign permit application along with the Certificate of Appropriateness for all proposed signage.
