On April 9, 2019 the HP Board approved the following cases: HP19-01 127 W Main Street – 1) Request to repair all structural concerns including the exterior west wall. 2.) Place missing windows and replace glass where needed. 3.) Repair roof. – HP 19-02 Streetscape on Caddo between West Main and East Broadway Street Phase 2 which includes Depot park – 1) Request to remove and replace existing walkways with brick pavers and concrete, street trees, new planting in bumpout planters, irrigation, new lighting with underground wiring, traffic signal, brick crosswalks, adding median down Main Street, adding round about at Main and Caddo 2.) Fence and Brick along train tracks
